Belkins, a front-runner in B2B appointment-setting, is now bringing its expertise and dynamic energy to the UK. Having established strong leadership in North America, our next ambitious step is to develop a dedicated team right here in the UK to propel local businesses to new heights with our powerful growth strategies.

We're proud to have been recognized in three categories at the UK's Best Business Awards 2023, a testament to our commitment and effectiveness in driving business success. With a storied track record of delivering outstanding value to our clients in the USA—highlighted by awards such as #1 agency by Inc. Regionals and Top Global Service Provider by Clutch—we are excited to replicate this success in the UK.

We're actively seeking passionate individuals to join our expanding team. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to be at the heart of our growth journey, influence outcomes, and redefine the future of B2B sales and marketing in the UK. If you're ready to make a significant impact and grow with a globally recognized leader, Belkins is your next move.

We're on the hunt for a motivated and people-focused Sales Development Representative to join our UK team. You’ll be one of the first voices our prospects hear - starting conversations, building connections, and spotting opportunities that make a real difference for our clients.

As a Sales Development Representative, your role will involve:

  • Employing a variety of outreach methods - including email, LinkedIn, and telephone calls - to engage prospects, follow up, and secure qualified sales appointments.
  • Conducting outbound cold calls on behalf of clients to open new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with businesses across diverse industries, representing them to generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through both outbound and inbound prospecting.
  • Crafting personalised messages and adapting your communication style and pitch to suit different audiences and contexts.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with prospects, handling objections professionally, and progressing opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Analysing weekly and monthly data to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, and recommend improvements.
  • Utilising tools such as Reply, HubSpot, Expandi, Zoho, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Outlook, and Calendly to efficiently manage outreach and client information.
  • Participating in team calls with clients based in the UK, Europe, and the US to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest outreach trends, methodologies, and best practices, and sharing these insights with the team to continually enhance performance.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You:

  • Communicate clearly and build strong, professional relationships with ease;
  • Are a native English speaker with excellent verbal and written skills;
  • Are comfortable working across the UK, European, and US time zones;
  • Have at least two years’ experience as an SDR or in a similar client-facing position;
  • Are self-motivated, responsible, and possess strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Are familiar with sales tools, Google Workspace, and various CRM platforms;
  • Have a talent for building rapport and collaborating effectively with diverse teams;
  • Embrace a mindset of continuous learning and professional growth;
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, open, and fair working environment where your contributions are valued.

Here at Belkins, we appreciate you for who you are, for your personality, passion, and spirit, for your desire to learn and improve your expertise and skills, for creating opportunities and achieving ambitious goals!

At Belkins, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:

Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.

Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you're most productive. Our flexible hours help you stay agile and focused.

Well-being focus: Your mental health is a priority. We offer mental health lectures and support for your overall well-being.

Recharge Time: We prioritize your rest with 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.
